Coach Terms & AI Disclosures
Effective: October 2026 · The legal stack for NappyPods™ Coach — the AI assistant layer. Plain English, no fine print tricks: what Coach is, what it is not, who is responsible for what, and where the liability lines sit. This page forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. What Coach is
Coach is the Platform's AI assistant layer: it plans and executes "coach runs" (multi-step tasks you ask it to perform inside the Platform), answers questions about your listings, reservations and market data, and can be paired to your account over the Telegram bridge. Coach is powered by large language models ("LLM providers") that the Platform operator configures.
Coach is a software tool. It is not a person, not a licensed professional of any kind, and not a fiduciary. Everything in this page forms part of the Platform Terms of Service for anyone who uses Coach features.
2. No professional advice (important)
Coach outputs are machine-generated text, not professional advice. Coach does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, insurance, safety-engineering, or employment-law advice, and must not be relied on as such. Nothing Coach produces creates a professional relationship of any kind between you and NappyPods™, its operators, or any LLM provider.
If a Coach answer touches health, safety, legal exposure or money decisions, treat it as a starting point and verify with a qualified human professional before acting. For anything urgent or dangerous, use the emergency channels in Section 9 — never an AI chat.
3. AI outputs — accuracy and your responsibility
LLM outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or plainly wrong (including confident-sounding fabrications). The Platform may layer guardrails on Coach — allowlists, spending policies, approval queues, and redaction — but no guardrail makes an output guaranteed-correct.
You remain responsible for what you do with Coach outputs: review before you act on them, before you send them to anyone else, and before you let them touch a listing, a booking, a price, a message to a guest, or a payment. Where Coach executes an automated action on your behalf, the action record (run timeline) is available to you for that review.
4. Operator & host responsibilities
If you operate Coach on listings, properties, or guest communications, you are the human in charge: you configure the providers, you set the spending policies, you approve or reject what the approval queues surface, and you own the consequences of the runs you authorize. NappyPods™ does not supervise your use of Coach and does not endorse outputs generated under your configuration.
Hosts and operators using Coach in guest-facing flows must comply with all laws that apply to them (including disclosure duties where automated communication is regulated). You agree not to use Coach to send spam, to misrepresent a listing, to fabricate reviews or social proof, or to circumvent the Platform's safety systems — the Acceptable Use rules in the main Terms apply to every Coach run.
5. Data handling & LLM providers
Provider credentials you enter (API keys) are stored server-side and never rendered back in full — the Platform shows only a masked hint. Prompts and context you send through Coach are transmitted to the configured LLM provider(s) for processing under that provider's terms and data practices; do not route data through Coach that you are not licensed or permitted to send to a third-party AI service.
Coach may include Platform context you can see (listing data, run history, market data) to answer your questions. Sensitive guest data (identity documents, payment credentials, door codes) is not Coach context and must not be pasted into prompts. The Platform's Privacy disclosure applies to everything else.
6. Telegram bridge
The optional Telegram pairing links your Platform identity to your Telegram account so Coach can reach you away from the app. Pairing is deliberate and revocable: you initiate the pairing code, and unlinking is one action in Settings. Messages over the bridge ride Telegram's own service (with its policies), and the Platform only exchanges the operational messages you initiate. If you lose control of the paired Telegram account, unlink immediately.
7. Tokens & spending
Coach runs may consume Platform tokens where a run triggers billable Platform actions (requests, boosts, hire orders). Spending policies and per-run ceilings exist so an automated run cannot spend beyond the limits you set; amounts are always recorded in the token ledger with a run reference. Granted/promotional tokens follow the same spending rules as elsewhere on the Platform.
8. Liability limits (read carefully)
To the maximum extent permitted by law: NappyPods™ is not liable for losses arising from reliance on Coach outputs, from automated actions you authorized (directly or via policy), from provider outages or model deprecations, or from the Telegram bridge. The aggregate-liability cap in the main Terms (the greater of fees you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $100) applies to Coach claims exactly as it applies to the rest of the Platform.
Nothing in this stack limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Where a Coach output feeds a host's listing or communication, the host remains responsible for the accuracy of what their guests see.
9. Emergencies & escalation
Coach is not an emergency channel and never replaces emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 (US). The National Human Trafficking Hotline is 1-888-373-7888; the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is 988; the Crisis Text Line is HOME → 741741. If any AI output on this Platform ever touches a safety-of-life topic, stop and use a human channel.
10. Changes & contact
We may update this stack as Coach capabilities change; material changes are announced in-app for at least 14 days. Questions, reports of harmful outputs, or provider concerns: Settings → Contact & support inside the app.
